A three-phase programme is available for trainees.

Each phase consists of a personal effectiveness programme which gradually develops into a leadership programme.

Trainees will be educated in the organisation of life sciences companies and the environment the companies are active in.

Part of the programme is a dedicated personal coach.

Depending on the department the trainee carries out the assignment, a subjet matter coach is available too.
